If you believe this site infringes your work
Send a notice to legal@netnestdesign.com. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), an effective notice includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it (the page address); your contact information; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter notices
If material you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notification to the same address with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).
DMCA agent
Notices and counter notifications go to legal@netnestdesign.com and are handled on receipt. Our agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office currently covers booknox.com; it does not yet list this site.
Repeat infringers
This site does not host user submitted material. If it ever does, our policy is to terminate access for repeat infringers.
